Neurofeedback trains the brain through real-time feedback on brainwave activity. On this page, you’ll learn about the science, the method, and what to expect.

Neurofeedback is a scientifically-proven method that activates the brain’s natural self-healing capacity. Instead of merely managing symptoms, we train the brain to return to a healthy, optimal balance.
During a session, we place small sensors on the head to measure brainwave activity in real-time. This activity is converted into an EEG display, allowing us to see exactly how your brain is functioning at that moment.
While you relax and watch a film or video, your brain receives instant feedback:
Is the brain functioning optimally? The image plays smoothly and remains clear.
Do the brainwaves deviate? The video falters or the sound changes subtly.
Our brain is naturally very sensitive to rewards. Behavior that is consistently reinforced is learned faster and repeated more often.
In neurofeedback, we apply this principle directly to brain activity. When the brain produces the desired brainwaves, it receives an immediate reward (such as a clear image or sound). Through this constant feedback, the brain learns to regulate itself and function at its best.
You can compare this process to learning how to ice skate: through repetition and direct feedback from a coach, the brain learns step-by-step which patterns lead to success. Eventually, a new, healthy balance becomes second nature.
The beauty of neurofeedback is that it requires no special skills. You don’t have to think actively or try your best. Your brain picks up the signals subconsciously and adjusts itself automatically. This way, the brain trains itself completely effortlessly toward a state of more calm, focus, and resilience. An effective and accessible method for everyone.
Neurofeedback is not a “talk therapy.” You don’t need to dig into your past or relive old memories to achieve results.
No talking required: No need to tell your story over and over.
Goal-oriented: We discuss your goals; your brain does the work.
Present-focused: We train how your brain functions now.
Regain control and move forward, without having to relive the past.
A neurofeedback session is designed to be relaxing. And you decide what that looks like. During the training, you watch a video or movie of your own choice.
You choose what to watch. Perhaps you want to relax with breathtaking drone footage of Thailand, or catch up on your favorite series. While you watch, your brain learns subconsciously from the subtle feedback in the image and sound.
