Private Reimbursement

Many insurers provide annual coverage between € 300.00 and € 400.00 through supplementary insurance packages. Exact reimbursement depends on your policy.

Our Contribution

Can you demonstrate the amount your insurer covers annually? We will deduct this amount directly as a discount on your regular training program. This ensures you enjoy the same financial benefit as with a regular healthcare provider.

Please note: This contribution does not apply to special promotional rates, such as the Spring Focus Special.

Do you have a budget for personal development, vitality, or burnout prevention from your employer? We can invoice your organization directly.

Tax Deductible (Self-Employed)

Neurotherapy for business owners is often tax-deductible as a business expense (coaching/stress management). This can result in a benefit of 37% to 49.5%, significantly reducing your net costs.

Invoicing & Payment

  • Block Payments: For private programs, we work with advance payments in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions.
  • Terms: Invoices must be paid in full before the start of the program (or the new block).
  • Business: A 14-day payment term applies to corporate invoices.
  • Validity: Programs remain valid for up to 12 months after the invoice date.

Cancellation & Preparation

  • Cancellation: At least 24 hours in advance in writing via email.
  • Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged € 75.00.
  • Clean Hair: Clean, dry hair is essential for an accurate EEG measurement. Please do not use hairspray, gel, or wax on the day of your training.

Results
On average, 15–20 sessions are required for optimal and lasting results.
Cancellation
Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations, a fee of € 75.– will be charged.
Preparation
Please arrive with clean, dry hair. Do not use styling products (hairspray/gel) for a precise measurement.
VAT
Corporate rates exclude 21% VAT. Private rates are inclusive of VAT.
