My experience with resetting my brain

By Maurice

As someone with ADHD, my mind is often a whirlwind of thoughts, ideas, and impulses. It always felt like a hundred things were running through my head at once. After struggling for a while, I decided to try neurofeedback, and I can confidently say it brought me peace.

The sessions were relaxing and painless. I didn’t notice an immediate change, but after several treatments, my mind felt “calm” – like the storm had finally settled. I could focus better, and there was more space to think without feeling overwhelmed.

What I appreciate most is that it’s not a magical fix, but a process where your brain learns to function better. It helped me bring my ADHD into balance, so I’m less anxious and experience more calm.

For anyone with ADHD seeking more focus and peace, I highly recommend neurofeedback. It’s an investment in yourself that can truly make a difference.

No more doom thinking

By Dominique

A few years in a row were incredibly stressful for me. I was fired, started my own business, but the market proved challenging. A business deal fell through, and I had to reevaluate what I wanted to do. I reinvented myself several times during that period. It was exciting, but the pressure to pay bills was huge. Trying new things, learning, and starting fresh doesn’t bring in money right away.

On recommendation, I tried Neurofeedback. Always open to new things, I jumped into the process enthusiastically. After a few sessions, I noticed a real change.

For the first time, my mind wasn’t racing with “what’s next” and all the tasks I had to do. I looked outside, saw the clouds, the sheep in the meadow, and felt calm.

This feeling has stayed with me. Now, I don’t stress as easily. I can step back from problems and give them time to resolve. Many things, I’ve realized, take care of themselves.

Resetting your brain is a gradual process—you don’t always notice it at first. But once it’s in balance, you experience more peace. For me, it brought calm and confidence.
