The technique behind it

Before you can gain more focus, you need to train the SMR area of your brain. That’s why this training has two parts: first, calming and stabilizing your brain through SMR training, and then building focus and mental clarity

The training we do is also known as SMR training . SMR stands for “Sensory Motor Rhythm” – a calm, focused brainwave state. With SMR training, we help your brain learn how to slow down racing thoughts and feel more balanced.
