When you trust the proces to grow

Linear goals can be paralyzing, especially when the future is uncertain. People often feel overwhelmed by the pressure to set clear goals, leading to procrastination and anxiety. Moreover, linear goals often encourage toxic productivity, where individuals feel compelled to stay constantly busy at the expense of their well-being. This can result in burnout and a sense of isolation, as people view themselves and others as competitors rather than collaborators.

The emphasis on speed and individual achievement has created a culture of constant comparison and competition. An endless ladder we must climb. The result is widespread ambivalence towards goals, in this program we advocating for a more intuitive approach: “no goals, just vibes.”

No fixed outcomes, we should look towards processes and small experiments. This approach encourages curiosity and flexibility, allowing us to better handle uncertainty. Through incremental changes and continuous self-reflection, we can grow, learn, and be surprised by what comes our way.

In summary, while ambition and growth remain essential, the way we set goals needs an update. By shifting from linear goals to a more organic, process-oriented approach, we can better navigate the challenges of modern life and find a more satisfying form of success.”.

Life can get busy, and sometimes things happen at work or in your personal life that leave you with little time to process them. The demands of daily life can make it hard to slow down and truly address what’s going on in your mind..

When your brain experiences an overwhelming event, it can struggle to process and store the information properly. This can lead to an overactive alarm system (the amygdala) and disrupted communication between different parts of the brain. As a result, you may react emotionally or physically to situations your brain perceives as a threat, even when there is no immediate danger.
